beautiful picture i don't see anything wrong unless you think you should brighten it but it's your call.

I made it a tad sharper and just changed the hue a little bit but other hten that, this is the original

Gotcha. I didn't think it was tweaked too much, just noticed it seems like there's a bright center circle and the rest seems to fade darker. Its a nice effect regardless of it being a tweak or not

There could've been some odd reflection from the above light which has a blue filter
