You Spoke and We Listened!

If you remember from my journal Anthro Gallery - Proposed Additions I proposed to the Anthro community some potential additions to the gallery itself.
With the beyond amazing effort (and I'm pretty confident super powers where involved) I collaborated with moonbeam13 to roll out these new categories for you guys!

I'd love to see something like this implemented. Definitely needs more categories. We're a big part of DA with a small number of categories! Skyworthy on DeviantART

There was a heart warming amount of people who contributed to my last journal and added in a lot of great insight as far as what to include and what not to include in the new Anthropomorphic galleries.

But why add more KovoWolf? That's a great question! While I was perusing through the Anthro gallery I always took note that a lot of the deviations where misplaced or submitted into the wrong gallery. A lot of 'sub categories' in the Digital Art gallery ( where I find most miscats) where missing from the Anthro gallery. As a result of this, I felt, that a lot of work was being misplaced simply because the gallery wasn't offered.

I'm really hoping that now we can start to move forward and diversify the Anthro gallery as a whole! To start building, expanding and growing!

There was a huge amount of people who contributed to my last journal and added in a lot of great insight and important feedback as far as what to include and what not to include in the new Anthropomorphic galleries. The enthusiasm you guys showed in replying to the article about adding in the additions was more then heart warming. It was humbling! You spoke, we listened! So I am really honored and proud to announce the new galleries to the Anthro Gallery that are now live and available to be uploaded to!

We Have New Categories! Now what?

If you feel that your art now belongs in one of the new galleries please feel free to move your art if its applicable! If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to send me a note and I will be more then happy to help you out!

We have new shiny categories! Please make sure you read the description and check out the examples before submitting your artwork to make sure they belong in that category! Let's try and keep the galleries clean with related artwork!
