I have to say, I was at least hoping for an honorable mention on my literature piece. I feel like I worked so hard. :iconbigsighplz:

*hugs tightly* It was really really hard to choose! Every piece was amazing and I really enjoyed all the literature that was submitted! We will be having another contest in the coming months that involves literature again and I do hope that you consider entering <3

It did make it in time right (Lyle's Transformation)? I was afraid the whole time that I put it in too close to the deadline or something.

Yes, I believe you did :)

Well, ok. I'm not much of an artist so I'll be sure to enter the next one that allows for literature submissions.

Don't worry some of these contests are judged by people with their own views and not open to other people's perspectives, I have achieved the most views and comments in several other contests I have had the time to monitor and I have lost. The irony is that I lost to a pokemon rip off in one of my favorite OC's last month, and in this one I used Pikachu and lost to a pokemon too.

Not to sound concited or anything, but I thought my lit piece was better than the others...None of the lit pieces actually placed but one of them did get an honorable mention.

I mean, the others were good too but they didn't seem to have very good character development and were way to short and moved too fast. I only had 24 hours to write mine and I poured a lot of thought and heart into it.
Maybe you would like to check it out? :iconumplz: [link]

Congratulations!! I just wanted to see some other different concepts, poemon and digimon seem to influence creativity all around, I even made mine to look like Pikachu to attract some attention, it was originally a beige kitty, but I changed the colors at the end. What do you think?

You might want to sitch the "He" to the name of the character and check this throughout the short story. I run into these things when I write also.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I need to level a bit better with possible readers. This is really the first time that I've put up one of my stories for all to see. Of course I know who "He" is but who is to say that they do.
