I like getting comments back. I think it's really nice when artists comment back. I like to get a "thank you" when I comment on someone's work. It tells me they appreciated what I said.

I try my best to reply every comment but from time to time I just couldn't find anything useful to reply to comments such as "So cute" or "Awesome".

Hence, if I leave a message regarding to art (or a Journal), I do my best to say something useful or meaningful.

Comments like the one I get from this [link] really make me feel special. In a way that I'd make my ancestors proud and that when I depart from this world, I'd be worthy enough to meet them.

other: i only expect a comment when i you can see i put some time in writing my comment, or give constructive criticism or ask something.

and it's also very rude when I give somebody a comment like "wow, this is just amazing","brilliant! Wonderful work!" or sumthin' like that, and they just reply "thanks" or " (:" ...that's just rude.
